emma: Im a mother of 5 and decided that i would try to make my childrens birthday cakes instead of buying for a change and was amazed at how great it was to see their faces all lite up by what i had created for them since my first one back in january 2011 i have been asked to make cakes for family and friends too im am enjoyin being able to unleash my creativaty and turn what would other wise be a plain sponge into something truely amazing
